Simple Returns Policy

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your Heya! purchases! If you need to make a return, please review our simple policy:

30-Day Policy for Exchange or Store Credit

• We accept returns for items within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• We offer exchange for an item of equal value or a store credit (via gift card) only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items or items purchased using a discount code are final sale.

• Gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping costs to return the item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
